Samsung’s T7 Touch SSD is on sale for as low as $90 right now
2 min readPortable drives can make good gifts for everyone who is obsessed with technology in your life. Of course, they are not the most striking gadget but they are some of the most useful ones, providing extra space for photos, documents, games, and others in a travel package. One of our favorites, Samsung T7 Touch, has been sold for Black Friday – 500GB model drops to $ 90, or 18 percent of the price is normal and only a few dollars is lower. You can take the 1TB version for 21 percent now down to $ 150, or a 2TB model for $ 300.
The “touch” section of the drive name comes from the default fingerprint reader who provides additional defense against the eyes of reconnaissance. T7 supports optional password protection, but at touch, you can choose to use your fingerprint to unlock the device and access the saved file. T7 is physically protected with the body that is shockless and dropped resistant, which is also small enough to enter almost all bags of bags or backpacks.
We also appreciate the use of EPCM technology and dynamic thermal guards to control heat levels, which means that the drive will not be too hot even when you push it to its limit. And you can do that much depending on how you use the drive. It comes with a USB-C cable to C and USB-C to the cable, so it can work with most gadgets – including several game consoles. Overall, T7 Touch is a versatile SSD made better with extra security layers.
If you can forget the fingerprint reader, the standard T7 drive has also been discounted to a new record-low price. At the time of this writing, the 2TB model was sold out and the remaining remaining from the bunch was on the 1TB version, which was $ 60 off and dropped to $ 110.
