AMC is giving Stubs members the chance to get Spider-Man NFTs
2 min readAMC member stops have the opportunity to get one of the limited collections of NFTS spiders, cinema companies have announced. NFTS is issued by AMC and Sony Pictures to help promote spider-man companies upcoming: no house, which will hit the theater starting December 16. Assuming NFT is still available, certain customers can obtain NFT by buying tickets for early movies.
Limited Edition NFT Spider-Man
According to AMC, the company offers 86,000 NFT based on Spider-Man: there is no way at home, but only a few cinema audiences can get it. The limited number of non-fungible tokens will be offered to the AMC Stops Premiere and A-List members, as well as AMC investors connect members, and they are only available if the ticket is bought before.
AMC Stubs is a company membership program that offers a variety of facilities depending on the version of the program signed by the customer. Assuming the customer is a member of one of these qualifying plans, the purchase of a ticket in advance will allow to redeem the NFT of spiders.
NFTS is also available for customers who meet the requirements that order the opening day ticket. Tickets go on sale starting today and, from notes, NFTS is only available with booking tickets and purchases for the opening day of the film on December 16. All film formats are covered by NFT promotions, which are limited to ticket sales in the United States.
Among other things, the company said the ticket must be reserved or purchased through the AMC Theater website, plus customers need to ensure that their AMC pilot numbers are linked with purchases or reservations. In addition, tickets must be scanned in the theater before the NFT exchange code is sent to customer email.
Nfts as a gimmick Promotion
This is not the first time NFTS is offered as a promotional item for events and films. Blockchain-based collections were previously launched as promotions for new space films, plus NFLs have worked with ticketmaster to offer NFT-based warning tickets with the purchase of a particular football game ticket.
However, the question is big, which is whether NFT has a future. Although technology exploded in popularity last year and many people had produced a large amount of money from them, the market itself was flooded with the contents that were often ignored, destined to live forever on platforms such as Opensea.
Many have criticized NFFTs as something that would not maintain old popularity because of the inherent nature. Unlike physical items, the scarcity can be valued by having an object physically, NFTS is basically only images, videos, or similar content that can be connected with the wallet and have ownership rights for.
