Honor 60 leaks hint at a forgettable upgrade
There is a point in time when honor has enough presence on the mobile market. Even though it was still standing under the shadow of his former Huawei parent company, in fact, responsible for almost half of the shipments that pushed the Chinese company contested to second place. It almost suffered the same fate with Huawei but managed to escape for sale to a consortium. While the US authorities are still trying to have the honor on the blacklist too, it is business as usual for the company. Unfortunately, that “as usual” also means issuing superior cellphones that you cannot buy, such as the honor of the coming 60 and the honor of 60 pro.
Actually recently the honor launched the honor of 50 and the honor of 50 pro. In fact, it was new last month making this phone available on the global market. What makes these two special phones is the fact that they are the first honor phones to once again use our products, such as the Qualcomm and Google Play Store processors, after Huawei’s sub-brands sold.
Given the short gap between the two, it might not be surprising that the honor of 60 presented by 91mobiles does not look different from the honor of 50, which in turn looks like the suffering dies for the Huawei P50, but with fortunately it lacks an annoying camera lump. In fact, in many cases, it resembles the honor of 50 and respects 50 pro inside too.
The most prominent upgrade for honor 60 is the screen size, sitting among the honor of 50 and the honor of 50 pro with the OLED FHD + + 6.67 inch screen. The processor in it also gets a little lump to Snapdragon 778G + 5G, although the 12GB of RAM and 256GB storage resembles several configuration options available for Honor series 50. The cellphone will be launched with Magicui 50 honor but, don’t be wrong, it’s still based on Android 11.
Honor 60 camera camera that leaked was exactly identical to the honor of the 50s and maybe even considered a downgrade. There is a main camera 108MP f / 1.9, an ultra-wide 8MP f / 2.0 shooter, and 2MP F / 2.4 depth sensor, removing the 2MP macro camera that might be used. Leaks do not include details for the honor of 60 pro, but go with a non-pro model, we also won’t hold my breath for it.
Honors are widely praised for making Huawei top class phones available with more accessible price labels, cutting several angles to achieve that goal. It seems to have fallen behind, however, now focuses on the middle market that has been crowded with too many options at this time. Having 60 honor is too fast that resembles 50th honor too much a little confused too, but maybe it doesn’t matter to the market like the US where cell phones are not available.
